Our scope of work

  • Source private equity acquisition transactions in the low end of the middle market ($10 - 60 million in revenues, $2 million and higher EBITDA) and identify private equity firms as majority partner alongside which we invest.

  • Through our investment banking affiliate, carry out both sell-side M&A and recapitalization engagements.
